Digital Product Purchase & Use Policy

By purchasing or accessing a Proslyn digital product, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms.
Digital Delivery
Proslyn digital products are delivered electronically. It is the purchaser’s responsibility to provide accurate contact information and to maintain compatible software and necessary devices to access the purchased files.
If you experience a technical problem accessing your purchase, please contact Proslyn Strategy Group LLC for assistance.
All Sales Final
Due to the immediate-access and downloadable nature of digital products, purchases are generally final and nonrefundable once access to the digital materials has been provided, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
Proslyn Strategy Group LLC may, at its discretion, address duplicate purchases, verified technical delivery problems, or other exceptional circumstances.
License and Permitted Use
Unless separate written license terms accompany a product, purchasing a Proslyn digital product grants the purchaser a limited, nonexclusive, nontransferable license to use the materials within the purchasing business.
The purchaser may customize applicable files for the internal operations of that business and may share necessary working copies internally with its employees or contractors when reasonably required for those operations.
Purchase does not transfer ownership of the underlying materials or intellectual property.
Prohibited Uses
Proslyn digital products may not be:
• Resold or sublicensed
• Redistributed to another business or individual
• Shared publicly or posted online
• Uploaded to a template marketplace, file-sharing service, membership library, or similar platform
• Republished or commercially distributed in whole or in part
• Rebranded and sold as the purchaser’s own template product
• Used to create a substantially similar competing template or digital-product collection for resale
Unauthorized reproduction or distribution may violate applicable intellectual-property laws.
Educational and Informational Purposes
Proslyn digital products provide general business education, organizational tools, templates, and planning resources.
They do not constitute legal, tax, accounting, investment, insurance, payroll, human-resources legal, or other regulated professional advice.
Templates should be reviewed and customized for the purchaser’s specific business, jurisdiction, industry, workforce, and circumstances. Professional advice should be obtained when appropriate.
No Guarantee of Results
Proslyn Strategy Group LLC does not guarantee business formation, regulatory compliance, funding approval, financing, profitability, revenue, business growth, tax treatment, legal outcomes, or other specific results from using its digital products.
Business results depend on numerous factors outside Proslyn’s control.
Financial Tools
Calculators, financial worksheets, projections, ratios, and similar resources are provided for general planning purposes. Results depend on the information and assumptions entered by the purchaser and should be independently reviewed before making significant financial decisions.
Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, the original content, organization, branding, written materials, templates, worksheets, frameworks, and other proprietary materials included in Proslyn digital products remain the intellectual property of Proslyn Strategy Group LLC.
Updates
A digital product purchase includes the version available at the time of purchase unless the product description expressly states that future updates are included.
Proslyn Strategy Group LLC may revise, discontinue, expand, or replace digital products at its discretion.

Is this a subscription?
No. The Proslyn Small Business Operations Vault™ is a one-time purchase. There is no recurring monthly subscription required to continue using the files you purchased.
What do I receive?
You receive seven business resource collections containing 35+ tools, templates, checklists, trackers, worksheets, and financial planning resources, plus the Proslyn START HERE Implementation Guide.
Are the templates editable?
Most document resources are provided in both editable Microsoft Word (.docx) and fillable PDF formats. This allows you to customize certain resources for your business or use the fillable version while maintaining the original layout.
Do I need Microsoft Word?
Microsoft Word or compatible software is recommended for customizing the editable DOCX files. The fillable PDF versions can be used with compatible PDF software.
What software do I need for the financial workbook?
The Startup Financial Workbook is provided as a Microsoft Excel (.xlsx) file. Microsoft Excel or compatible spreadsheet software that supports XLSX files and formulas is recommended.
Is the Vault only for startups?
No. The Vault can be useful for both newer businesses establishing their operating systems and existing small businesses that need greater structure, documentation, or organization.
Will Proslyn customize the templates for my business?
Customization is not included with the digital product purchase. If you need professional assistance evaluating or improving your business operations, you can book an available Proslyn consulting service separately.
Does purchasing the Vault include a consultation?
No. The Operations Vault is a self-service digital product. Proslyn consulting sessions and professional services are sold separately unless specifically stated otherwise in an offer.
Does the Vault provide legal, tax, accounting, or HR advice?
No. The materials are provided for general business education, planning, and organizational purposes and are not a substitute for advice from an attorney, CPA, tax professional, HR professional, insurance professional, or other appropriately qualified professional.
Will these templates guarantee that my business is compliant?
No. Requirements vary by state, locality, industry, business structure, workforce, and other circumstances. The compliance resources are organizational tools and do not guarantee legal or regulatory compliance.
Can I share the Vault with someone else?
Your purchase is licensed for use within the purchasing business. Files may be used internally as reasonably necessary to operate that business, but may not be resold, redistributed, published, sublicensed, uploaded to template marketplaces, or given to other businesses.
Can I resell or rebrand the templates?
No. Purchasing the Vault does not transfer ownership of Proslyn’s intellectual property or provide private-label, resale, or redistribution rights.
Can I get a refund?
Because the Operations Vault is a downloadable digital product that provides access to the files upon purchase, all sales are final, except as required by applicable law or when Proslyn determines that a duplicate purchase, a technical delivery problem, or another exceptional circumstance warrants a refund.
