Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing Proslyn. To provide every client with a professional, organized, and productive experience, please review the following policies before booking. Discovery Call Policy: This complimentary 20-minute call is designed to learn about your business, discuss your primary needs, and determine whether Proslyn is the right fit. Discovery Calls do not include detailed consulting, business assessments, document reviews, customized strategies, or written recommendations. Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. A 10-minute grace period is provided for late arrivals. Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may be asked to reschedule. To ensure availability for prospective clients, complimentary Discovery Calls are limited to one per business/client within a 90-day period, unless otherwise approved by Proslyn.
